The College Captains have some great events coming up for Positive Week. We hope all our Students and Staff get involved and enjoy what promises to be a fun week. Funds raised will go towards supporting the Captains attend the Global Young Leaders Conference in Washington.

Mr Rob Mitchell met with our College Captains, Lachlan Mozina, Ruby Sommerville, Riley Cook and Coen Triffett to congratulate them on their appointment. They appreciated Mr Mitchell giving his time and spent the morning discussing their hopes for the future, issues relating to youth and politics.  

Applications for the position of Student Leader will open on Monday 25.02.19 and close Friday 01.03.19. Student Leader Application Forms are to be collected and returned to Student Services.      

Bookings are now OPEN for Parent Teacher Interviews being held Thursday 07.03.19 12:30pm - 8:00pm.

Parent/Teacher Interviews will be held between 12:30pm - 8:00pm on this day. After consultation with our WSC Families we have extended the times so that Parents and Guardians can meet with more of their Student's Teachers.

We are very excited to announce that our College Captains; Lachie, Ruby, Riley and Coen have been invited to attend the 2019 Global Young Leaders Conference to be held in Washington DC and New York in July.

On Tuesday we had the pleasure of hosting our 2018 VCE Students at a morning tea. It was a great opportunity for our staff to catch up with them on what has been happening since they finished school.

This year WSC will be using a new photography company (MPS Photography) to take our school photos. Unfortunately, MPS Photography are unable to link with Compass at present for ordering photos. Students will be given personalised envelopes to order photos or they can be ordered online www.msp.com.au

The first day of school is Thursday, 31st January 2019. We look forward to welcoming our existing students back and meeting our new students, starting at the College this year.  

The Secondary School Vaccine Program offers free vaccines to Year 7 and 10 students. These vaccines provide protection against: Diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough) – one dose for year 7 students, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) – two doses for year 7 students, Meningococcal A,C,W,Y – one dose for year 10 students.

Tuesday night WSC, held our annual Presentation Night in our Auditorium. The evening was well attended by families and the community.WSC would like to thank the following invited guests, presenters and sponsors for their assistance and support.
