Below are the terms and conditions for returned or faulty garments as well as the statement on each receipt;
• If a garment is returned to PSW within 28 days with proof of purchase PSW will:
o Refund no questions asked or exchange assuming the garment is in good condition
o If faulty we would naturally replace or refund happily
• If garment is returned after 28 days and the garment is faulty and we have proof of purchase
o Refund if customer chooses this
o Exchange for new
o Offer to repair in some cases but more often than not we would replace.
• If garment is outside of 28 days with no proof of purchase
o Essentially the same as above but no refund via eftpos or cash. Refunds if required would be in the form of credit notes or exchange.
POS receipt says:
"Thank you for shopping at PSW. Please retain this receipt for proof of purchase. PSW reserves the right to assess the reason usage and condition of items purchased prior to exchange or store credit. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced. For full terms of trade go to www.psw.com.au"
